Join us every Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Classes are offered weekly to cardiac patients to educate and help minimize cardiac risk factors.Family members or loved ones are welcome to attend class with the patient.There is no charge to attend this class, and you'll learn about the following:
- Basic anatomy and physiology
- Nutrition
- Risk factor modification
- Cardiac medications
- Stress reduction
- Diabetes
- Exercise
